Effect House is a desktop AR creation tool that lets anyone build and publish effects for TikTok.

GOAL

Pair ByteDance’s AI and CG technology with a creator-first strategy: powerful, approachable, and built to scale.

MY ROLE

As product manager and UX designer, I planned the roadmap, designed product features, and wrote PRDs and wireframe prototypes, coordinating across teams.

OUTCOME

Effect House went from concept to MVP — the foundation of TikTok’s AR creator platform.
